Casa do Canteiro

Originally, part of this space was the family pantry. The meat was preserved in “salgadeiras” and the oil was kept in Ceramic Pots. It was here where we rescued and preserved some examples of these pots. In this space you will find:

• Two bedrooms with a double bed, a large living room, a fully equipped dining space and a bathroom.
• A glazed porch with a view of the courtyard and swimming pool.
• Access to a private grilling area.
• Free access to Villa Rominha's communal facilities: swimming pool (with its own loungers’ area), playground, fitness area, MTB station and parking.
• Games Room access and bicycles are available, upon request.
• There's a possibility to connect with the Quarto dos Bebedouros.

In this space we were surprised by several artworks carved by the region “Canteiros”. The “Bebedouros”, which have various shapes and sizes, are worthy of our admiration, that is why we had to share their contemplation.

In this area, we provide:

• An ample bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and a dining space equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster and dinnerware.
• A glazed porch with a view of the courtyard and swimming pool.
• Free access to Villa Rominha's communal facilities: swimming pool (with its own loungers’ area), playground, fitness area, MTB station and parking.
• Games Room access and bicycles are available, upon request.
• There's a possibility to connect with the Casa das Talhas or the Casa do Tanque.

The tank, made, exclusively, of rock, delimits the porch of this house. It is another artwork of “ours” “Canteiros”, which used to be a water deposit, permitting a better usage of water.
